I stayed over at the in-laws last night which was nice to get up at a reasonable morning time and still be able to get in 8 miles at 6:42 pace and then drive to work which was a nice 10 minute drive. Did a fun loop that went down 55th street to McDowell to the Red Mountain 202 and down to Higley and back to the house. I also did some 4x15 second accelerations at the end for some leg turnover.
