I decided to heat my leg before heading out the front door this morning. Which felt the best it has in quite sometime. I can tell that my breathing was laboring going sub 7 minute pace but was glad to get in the longest run I have done in 30 days. Overall, nice cool sunny day out in Az.

Welcome to the blog. Nice to have another blogger in AZ on here. And it sounds like you may even be in Mesa. Or at least coaching in Mesa.

Thanks Burt! I have known about this website for sometime and decided to finally join. I work in Mesa, and live outside the valley in Maricopa.

Nice. Maricopa sure is growing lately. Well, it seems like it started growing, then stopped, and might be starting again. I'm a civil engineer and I've done a few projects out there. Keep on keeping on!

@Burt yeah Maricopa has grown a lot in the past 10 years. There was definitley a pause for a moment due to the economic crisis however, now unfinished communites are being built now which is a good thing. @ Riley thank you, also congrats on your Phoenix Marathon win what a great accomplishment and such a fast time in not so great conditions.
